Prices below are based on site location within 70 miles from our offices in Barnsley South Yorkshire.

Add £150.00 if between 71 - 180 miles

Add £250.00 if between 181 - 270 miles.

Planning Fees for most projects.  Any change will be advised on site visit.

This includes initial site survey, drawings,  submission of application and planning fee.

Building Regulation Approval drawings start from

£695.00 

​

This includes 2nd site visit if necessary, drawings and application form prepared for submission.  All fees thereafter are the clients responsibility but we will advise on the costs that the local authority or approved inspector may charge.
