If your project does need planning permission we at AB design and build can produce the necessary drawings and paperwork to process the application on your behalf.

Based on site location within 70 miles from our offices in Barnsley South Yorkshire.

Add £150.00 if between 71 - 180 miles

Add £250.00 if between 181 - 270 miles.

Building Regulation Approval

£695.00

This includes drawings, specifications and submission.  Additional fees may apply if structural calculations are required.  Local authority inspection fees are in addition to above but will be advised beforehand.
